About me
I am a transdisciplinary designer, specialized in Service Design and complex facilitation.
My work focuses on designing and employing new services by defining resonant insights and crafting functional and delightful experiences that drive impact for people, business, and the planet. I enjoy collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders for creative thinking, critical choices and a shared vision to emerge from the collective wisdom.
Having received my MFA in Design for Social Innovation in School of Visual Arts, I applied systems thinking and human-centered design on social challenges for gender equality. During my freelance and consultancy work, I worked in areas of sustainability, education, telecom, mobility, finance and many more, as I researched, designed and built product-service-systems in complex challenges.
Type of projects I lead and collaborate with, can be explained as two-folds: progressive service & experience design projects, and designing and facilitating learning journeys for individuals or organizations. And sometimes combining these two, I enjoy empowering and guiding humans in addressing problems and designing relevant solutions for unique challenges. A recent project from this practice enabled the creation of a new loyalty program for the largest telecom provider in Turkey, reaching 14.5M users monthly.
Furthermore I facilitated over a +600 hours of workshops and group sessions for a variety of audiences: from earthquake-affected youth, to food warrior chefs or change leaders in organizations and beyond. A room full of people and diverse perspectives have always filled me with energy and curiosity, to learn from and serve them in their critical moments.
